Clean, tidy hotel but mid-tier. Disappointing room service menu choice but the food was actually very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ok for business stay over but I wouldn't choose it for a leisure break.

There was some kind of graduation party going on. Constant banging and rowdy behaviour down the corridors which kept waking us up until 4am. Reception staff apparently asked them to keep the noise down but kept going.
Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. Food was great with plenty of selection. Room was OK as it had a noisy Air Con system which I ended up turning off. Also, the shower was pretty cold. Not too bad on the morning to get you going but, not great of an evening. All in all, nice hotel and would stay again.
I usually stay at the best western access the road, but won't be anymore.Really nice rooms with all modern amenities.Proper coffee machine in room, complimentary water, coca cola, chocolate, slippers, dressing gown.Breakfast was very high standard.Very nice, helpful reception staff.The only downside is, I felt very sorry for staff in restaurant as it's a busy hotel and not enough staff, trying to do their best, but will be back
