Polite, good rooms and nice breakfast. Also had dinner and drinks second evening and Lady on duty couldn't be nicer and professional and venue is spacious and clean and plenty of full bellies. Would definitely stay again.
Very chilled out stay, we decided to book a local hotel as it was our anniversary, we didn't wish to travel very far.The special room rate and location was very appealing, we booked an executive room, having a sofa and chair in the room made the difference.The room was a great size, bed was very comfortable, the shower had an inbuilt seat which makes it very accessible. It was very quiet Considering the location, there are ear plugs available at front desk if you're a light sleeper.Will book again for sure.
Check in was poor / slow. Couldnt find our booking, but went straight to paperwork in box once she found the reservation!Lights above bed did not work. Room very clean, good shower, plenty of towels, but cold. Large double bed with good pillows.Reception area a bit tired looking.
This is a great location for East Midlands airport also Nottingham and Derby. Good value for money as I always wait for the deals which are very good. The rooms are very large with showers with a seat in which is handy. The bed is probably the largest bed I have ever slept in and very comfortable. Great mood lighting in the room, all in all a great experiance.
Really comfy room and location is just right with connectivity to major roads and within easy reach to Nottingham City as well. Despite the location next to the motorway, the inside of the rooms were quiet and didn't get disturbed. The reception lady was very cheerful and surely had local knowledge about Nottingham. The breakfast was at reasonable price, though would have liked more choice of cereals but was understandable considering the overall hotel price band. I guess most people use the hotel for airport parking package. A good choice if just staying overnight.
