Everything was fine. U get what I wanted but staff don't really care about customer. Done mistake in my invoice and never send invoice by email . Probably didn't spell right like like on invoice. Little bit unprofessional but thanks anyway.

My experience has been less than positive. I bought a glass dressing table which developed a large crack on one of the drawers after less than nine months of use. Like another reviewer here, My Furniture accused me of doing this myself and have refused to help me, even though I only requested a partial refund to enable me to fund a repair. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, they don't even have the manners to sign their name to their emails. I have escalated the matter now under the Consumer Rights Act.My advice is to AVOID at all costs and don't get drawn in by the lovely looking items as it's not worth the grief when something goes wrong.
