During the restoration process of my Morris Minor 1000, a problem was introduced with the new wiring loom I had purchased. I contacted Autosparks and following my explanation to the very pleasant and patient receptionist, I was transferred to the technical department.The person that I spoke to was extremely kind and understanding and a resolution to my problem was immediately found. A replacement section was made and dispatched to me which I received within 2 or 3 days. I have dealt with a great number of people during the restoration process, with only a minority that have displayed such a level of understanding, care and attention, pride in their work and empathy to the customer.I readily now include Autosparks in the list of companies and people that I recommend when talking to interested parties when talking about my car and I am extremely pleased to do so.
